Town of Yucca Valley lends its support to the Orchid Festival.

The Yucca Valley Sunset Rotary Club is thrilled to announce that the Town of Yucca Valley has joined as a key sponsor for the 28th Annual Orchid Festival. This exciting partnership marks a significant milestone in the festival’s history and promises to enhance the event experience for all attendees. As part of their sponsorship, the Town of Yucca Valley will provide essential support including Highway Directional Message Boards along Highways 62 and 247. Additionally, the town will assist with crucial infrastructure needs such as sanitation facilities. This generous support is estimated to save the festival over $2,000.00, funds which will now be directed to benefit Morongo Basin Charities.“We are incredibly grateful for the Town of Yucca Valley’s involvement,” said Kelsey Gubler, Event Chair. “Their support not only helps to streamline our operational costs but also amplifies the positive impact the festival will have on our community. We are excited to see their active participation and the benefits it will bring.”In addition to infrastructural support, the Town of Yucca Valley will actively promote the Orchid Festival through media channels and written content, further boosting the festival’s reach and visibility. “The Town of Yucca Valley recognizes the meaningful history of this event, but more importantly, the generous support the Festival provides for the various charities serving the residents of Yucca Valley and the greater Morongo Basin” said Town Manager Curtis Yakimow. The collaboration between the festival and the Town represents a significant step toward reducing expenses and maximizing community benefits. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Town of Yucca Valley for their invaluable contribution and commitment to our shared community.
