What is the Dessert Soirée?

One of Rotary's objectives is making our community a better place to live, one cupcake at a time. This is a very fun annual event. We have many returning guests and tickets are limited to the first 150 people. We partner with a local non profit organization that is doing a good job helping people or animals in the Morongo Basin.

We have many desserts available to enjoy, complementary Champagne, and a no host bar. Generally, there is a vacation trip planned, such as a cruise, or exotic destination up for bid in the auction. It is a good time to see old friends, laugh, bid, all while helping our community.

Tickets are $45.00 per person and can be securely purchased on the button below, or at the door for $50.00

2023- 19th Annual Dessert Soirée

Raises over 30,000.00

Thanks to the generosity of the business community and the attendees of the Dessert Soiree, together we raised over $30,000.00 to purchase a much needed portable respirator at a cost of $25,000.00 for Morongo Basin Ambulance, Making them a critical care ambulance. The Boys and Girls Club received $2,000.00, and the Miss Yucca Valley scholarship Pageant received $3,000.00.

Together the Businesses, the Community, and Yucca Valley Sunset Rotary achieved a goal that makes the whole Morongo Basin a better place to live. Thank you one and all.
